1998년 Music For Nations 십자가모양 한정반
매트릭스 / 런아웃: CDMFNX242 P3304
굉장히 꺼내기불편한 투명 플라스틱백에 보관하는 방식...덕분에 십자가 모서리가 남아나질 않는다.
Cradle of Filth의 최대역작이라 평가받으며, Vampyric 블랙메탈의 완성형으로 거론된다.
무엇보다 놀라왔던 것은 엄청난 템포조절. 1집과 2집도 물론 빠르게 달리다가도 느려지는 구간이 있긴하지만 이 앨범에서는 그것이 소름돋을 정도로 능숙하고 현란하다.
지금은 그래도 다시 부활했다곤하나 2000년 이후 15년간 폼이 나락으로 떨어져서 욕을 어마무시하게 얻어먹는 바람에 블랙메탈을 처음 입문한 사람이라면 이 밴드에 대해 색안경을 끼고 볼 수 밖에 없지만 이들이 왜 유명해지게 되었는지는 이 앨범을 들어보면 알게될 것이다.
