My 271th most played album. Sammy Hagar - Marching Off To Mars. Sammy's 1st album after splitting with Van Halen. A Montrose reunion for one song "Leaving The Warmth of the Womb". Eric Martin from Mr. Big and Mickey Thomas from Jefferson Starship on back up vocals on "Who Has The Right?" Matt Sorum from Guns and Roses played the track "Karma", Bootsy Collins on base for "Would You Do It For Free?" Damon Johnson from Brother Cane guitar on "Salvation On Sand Hill". Huey Lewis and Slash and Roy Rogers on "Little White Lie". A ton of star power and great music but the radio was not playing new rock in 1997 so most have not heard this amazing album. "Little White Lie" was a major mainstream rock hit, topping the mainstream rock tracks chart for five weeks.
