Some songs on the 1st half had me afraid Infected Rain was declining, but some later songs made it worth my while, especially track 6. Death Dealer Union's recent debut, which has the same vocalist, is better in my opinion. This Infected Rain album, all in all, is uneven but pretty good.   Feb 12, 2024

에엑. 전작도 좋았지만 한층 세련되어 졌다. 다만 거친 면모가 감소하였기에 청자에 따라서는 안좋아라 할 수도. 이제 더 이상 데스메탈이라고 부르기는 힘들고 둠/고딕/사이키델릭/프로그레시브 메탈이라 칭하는게 더 어울릴 듯. 특히 Tribulation과 매우 흡사해짐. 두 밴드 모두 Morbid Angel의 영향을 강하게 받았기에 어쩌면 당연할지도.   Feb 10, 2024

이 정도면 잘 했다고 본다. 하지만 모비드 세인트의 개성은 역시 보컬에서 뿜어져 나온거란 사실을 확실히 깨닫게 해주는 앨범이기도 하다. 세월을 감안해야겠지만 보컬 톤이 많이 평범해졌다. 사족으로 개인적인 의견이지만 에드 렙카의 아트워크와 삼류 슬램데스 밴드로고에서 쓰일법한 입체적인 폰트는 이제는 약간 촌스럽게 느껴진다.   Feb 9, 2024

퀸 앨범 중 a night at opera와 더불어 제일 좋아하는 앨범이다. 메탈 팬도 들으면 생각보다 센 곡도 있다. 1LP 버전들은 길이 때문에 2, 5,10,11이 줄어서 들어갔다. 총 53분이면 음질에 영향받을 것 같지 않은데 말이다. 그래서인지 2015년에 2lp 버전도 발매했다. 1,12 진짜 좋고 12번 같은 경우에는 종종 락 보컬들이 커버하는 영상을 많이 볼 수 있다.   Apr 6, 2024

블랙모어가 딥퍼플에서 나와서 좋은 것은 rainbow식 음악도 들을 수 있게 되었다는 점이다. 아주 아주 특이한 감성을 갖고 있는 사람이다. 아주 헤비한 락이면서도 부분 부분 포크적인 느낌도 있고 쓰잔함도 갖고 있다. 당대의 3대장하고는 다른 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 1,4,6이 대표곡. 3번은 quatarmass 9번은 yardbirds 커버곡이다. 희한하게 LP의 양면 라벨이 바뀐 것도 있다.   Apr 16, 2024

리치가 베이스를 1–3, 6를 연주했다. 그 외의 스튜디오는 밥 데이즐리 연주. 어렸을 때에는 1,5를 굉장히 좋아했었는데 문제는 5를 라센 시기에는 듣질 못했었다. 지금은 오히려 4번 같은 곡이 애청곡이 되었다. 앨범으로 기준으로도 1,2집보다 더 좋아했던 기억이 있다. 8번은 역시나 디오의 또 다른 보컬 맛을 느끼기 좋은 곡. 디오 재적시의 앨범은 영원할 것 같다.   Apr 20, 2024

3인조 코로너의 전 앨범 특히 2,3,4집을 좋아합니다. 옛날에 3집을 LP로 구입했었는데 속지에 시계, 스위스, 큰 글자로 '그로테스크' 라고 적힌 기억이.. 이후 90년대 중후반에 걸쳐서 전 앨범을 시디로 하나씩 모았죠. 30년간 신보를 안 내고 재결성 후에 아직도 활동하는 것도 특이한데, 그만큼 고정팬들이 많다는거 거겠죠.   Apr 25, 2024

80년대에 좀 너무 팝적, 상업적으로 가는 것 아닌가 하는 그 전 느낌의 앨범. 이미 70년대의 느낌과는 다른 길을 가기 시작은 했다. 1,3,6, 8,9 등 뭐 안좋은 트랙이 없다. 언제나 주의할 것이 루돌프 쉥커를 보통 리듬 섹션을 원활하게 쳐주는 명기타로만 알고 있는데 스콜피언스의 유명 발라드 등은 다 루돌프의 연주다. 8번도 그냥 미친 사람같다. 속된 말로 개멋있다   Apr 7, 2024

"Sacred Heart" does not quite rise to the sharpest peak of Dio's production, and on the next album "Dream Evil" we heard the band's strongest performance after the debut album "Holy Diver". However, "Sacred Heart" should not be skipped under any circumstances and it is an underrated work in terms of its best moments.
