Pain Remains

This album is amazing. One of the best I have ever heard. Brilliant song & lyrics composition and epic performances from all band members. These guys are at their creative peak and not slowing down any time soon.

ten prasačí rev (growling) je otrasný. Nechápem, ako sa to môže niekomu páčiť. Úplne to totiž kazí hudbu. Pritom hudba má pár zaujímavých momentov, či už gitary alebo niektoré symfonické prvky. Zároveň mi vadia bicie, ktoré svojou rýchlosťou pôsobia až umelo (strojovo). hudobne je to Deathcore, ktorý kombinuje Black, Symfonické prvky ale aj alternatívu. A v growlingu Brutal Death Metal

the music is quite capable, but the vocals are really bad and, from my point of view, repulsive. It doesn't fit together as a whole, it is soulless & overly-produced. Will Ramos' "vocals" are horrible. I can only hear disgusting pig squeals, absurd distorted vocals & laughably unreal roar, which you can hear in Brutal Death Metal. There are too much blast beats, exaggerated breakdowns and drums so triggered to the point, where they may be programmed.

I'm not usually a deathcore guy, but this album may change my mind... Holy shit this is fantastic

저기 밑에 글대로 브레이크다운이 조온나 뇌절이긴 하지만 힘조절은 잘했고 앨범자켓도 멋지고 아무튼 여러모로 화려하기는 개뿔 로나쇼어 특유의 재수없음이 묻어나있는 앨범

완급조절도 EP보다 되는것 같고, 마지막 Pain Remains I~III는 최고다

Nice to listen to, but really nothing mindblowing. I wonder if people are hearing something I cannot hear in this album.

다좋은데 이제슬슬 뇌절브레이크다운을 줄이고 더당위성있는 브레이크다운을 만들었으면 한다

불지옥이 있다면, 모든 것이 꽁꽁 얼어 붙어 바닥이 셔플로 쩍쩍 갈라지는 냉지옥이 바로 여기가 아닐까 하는 상상을 하게 만드는 압도적인 분위기가 시종일관 계속 된다. 하지만 이 모든 걸 다 듣고 나면 기억에 남는 게 거의 없다는 게 단점아닌 단점.

Tons of excellent music with an emotional weight that left me reeling. I feel like some songs in the first half have too many brutal breakdowns and pauses. It would be better if these were rarer special moments. Pain Remains I, II, & III are certifiably masterpiece tier.

첫 세곡의 거트럴 보컬, 과한 브레이크 다운만 참으면 Cursed to Die부터는 진짜 미쳐버린다. Souless Existence, Apotheosis를 비롯한 중후반기 곡들의 퀄리티는 이래도 되나 싶을정도. 브레이크 다운과 거트럴만 조금 줄였으면 완벽한 심포닉 데쓰코어의 기준이 될 뻔했다.

작년 ...And I Return to Nothingness EP앨범으로 메탈헤드들의 각광을 받으며 메탈씬에서 한 몫 차지하고 있는 Lorna Shore의 2022년 스튜디오 앨범. 3개의 파트로 나뉘어져 있는 Pain Remains는 Symphonic Black Deathcore의 궁극체라 할 수 있으며 이 외 개인적으로 Soulless Existence와 Apotheosis를 강력히 추천하는 바이다

모던 데스코어의 시작을 알린작품.

여러모로 화제(?)가 되었던 전 앨범에서 한층 진일보한 앨범. 듣는 중간에 내가 심포닉블랙메탈 듣고 있나 싶을 정도로 왠만한 심블보다 분위기며 구성 부분이 출중하다. 특히 보컬은 너무 대단하단 말 밖에 안 나온다.. 다만 데스코어 특유의 피그스퀼과 함께 나오는 느린 브레이크다운은 다소 뜬금없어보이는 부분이 있어서 감점 요소로 생각된다.

Great vocals, but overall a mess of repetitive symphonic songs that follow the same exact song structure. Absolutely nothing of value here for me and it won't be forgotten this band abandoned CJ McCreery because of a fear of cancel culture. If CJ was such a bad person to work with, they could've ditched him long before those ridiculous accusations arose.
