2013년, Thousand Leaves라는 이름으로 2009년부터 2013년까지, 동방 프로젝트 어레인지를 하던, 그 당시에는 Bach라는 이름으로 활동하며 실력과 명성을 쌓아올려가던 Kouta가 자신만의 것을 만들어 내기 위해 1집 Bloody Empire를 발매하였다. 이 앨범은 나름대로 호평을 받았으며 이후 만 9년동안 3개의 앨범을 더 발매할 수 있는 기반이 되었다. 정규 4집인 이 앨범도 그때 그 스타일과 크게 다르지 않다. 그루브보단 멜로디를 강조하고, 약간 촌스럽다고 느껴질 정도로 거친 기타톤, 네오클래시컬한 느낌을 주는 리프까지. 뭐 발전이 없다고 비판할 수 있으나 그냥 듣던거 계속 듣고싶은 리스너라면 만족하며 들을것이다. 들을때 마다 생각하는건데 동방프로젝트 OST로 역수입되어도 나쁘지 않을듯. 아무래도 이들의 음악적 근본이 그런쪽이라 그런지 비슷한 분위기를 풍긴다.
