The songs feel very solid in this release. Not only solid as in good, but musically solid too. If the previous releases were say, "latently" melodic, The Black Waltz feels like the songs are packed in minuscule parcels and delivered right into your eardrums.   Oct 29, 2015

드디어 이들의 약점이었던 절제된 기타솔로가 어느정도 해금되었습니다. 지난 앨범도 만족스러웠는데 역시나 이번에도 실망하지 않게 해주네요. 나이가 들어감에 따라 내가 좋아하는 밴드들도 하나둘씩 늙어가고 멤버들도 세상을 떠나는 걸 보니 매우 슬프네요. 반덴플라스는 계속 음악활동 왕성히 해주었으면 좋겠습니다   May 8, 2024

리치가 베이스를 1–3, 6를 연주했다. 그 외의 스튜디오는 밥 데이즐리 연주. 어렸을 때에는 1,5를 굉장히 좋아했었는데 문제는 5를 라센 시기에는 듣질 못했었다. 지금은 오히려 4번 같은 곡이 애청곡이 되었다. 앨범으로 기준으로도 1,2집보다 더 좋아했던 기억이 있다. 8번은 역시나 디오의 또 다른 보컬 맛을 느끼기 좋은 곡. 디오 재적시의 앨범은 영원할 것 같다.   Apr 20, 2024

3인조 코로너의 전 앨범 특히 2,3,4집을 좋아합니다. 옛날에 3집을 LP로 구입했었는데 속지에 시계, 스위스, 큰 글자로 '그로테스크' 라고 적힌 기억이.. 이후 90년대 중후반에 걸쳐서 전 앨범을 시디로 하나씩 모았죠. 30년간 신보를 안 내고 재결성 후에 아직도 활동하는 것도 특이한데, 그만큼 고정팬들이 많다는거 거겠죠.   Apr 25, 2024

이름값에 걸맞는 앨범. 특히 유럽 내에서 그들의 인기는 타의 추종을 불허한다. 처음부터 끝까지 단단한 구성과 강력한 연주가 여전하다. 하지만 들은 후 이렇다할 임팩트나 싱글지향적 멜로디 부재의 한끝이 아쉽다.   May 5, 2024

개인적으로 이 앨범을 그렇게 좋아하지 않는다. 이 앨범이야 말로 방향성이 애매했던 프로듀싱과 작곡으로 생각보다 안좋네 라고 생각했던 앨범. 물론 메탈 갓이 주다스의 시그니쳐로 쓰이기는 한데 이 곡도 애매하다. 브레이킹 더 로나 리빙도 맘에 안들고 물론 관중과 싱어롱할때는 좋긴 하다고 생각은 하지만 말이다. 75-80점.6번 8번이 의외로 좋다.   May 8, 2024

이 앨범 그냥 시대를 관통했습니다. 2030 고독사가 늘어나고 점점 사람들과의 관계가 멀어져 가는 요즘 시대에 살아가는 우리들에게 받아야할 위로를 이 앨범이 하나의 동화처럼 들려주기 때문입니다. 그리고 이 앨범의 모티브가 된 실화는 현 우리나라의 문제점을 그대로 나타나는 게 더 소름돋습니다.   6 days ago
