This album contains two types of tracks: first there are amazing, speedy, crushing Grindcore songs. Then there are almost meaningless, noisy tracks which I don't know why they put in. Listen to this record for the actual songs, guys. Aug 2, 2015

Testament's second release after a long hiatus. Again you can enjoy some very good work. Ther music is really honed and polished at this point, so one can easily become enthralled by the pure thrashiness of these songs. Aug 2, 2015

I loved this album. I saw some of these songs performed live and man were they awesome. These Thrash giants proved that they haven't gone rusty over the past decade and a half. Aug 2, 2015

Powerfulness and sedateness, both carried by the same amazing vocal work. Who knew that female vocals could be so fit for Hard Rock? Aug 2, 2015

Love this album. Beautiful melodies that are sometimes heavy and sometimes heart wrenching. The female vocals really do their job. Aug 2, 2015

A great Death Metal album with really clever songs that contain quite a few unexpected chord progressions. Sounded very new for a band's 5th album. Aug 2, 2015

Incantation's second effort showed how far the arms of their signature nasty, messy Death Metal sound could extend. It turns out the arms could fully caress an open-minded listener's ears, because it sure was a great record. Aug 2, 2015

A fairly good Prog Rock album. They've lost their heaviness exhibited in their early stuff, and substituted it with lots of creative songwriting. A mildly distinctive atmosphere pervades the whole album. Aug 2, 2015

Sounds just like Immolation! That's right, they managed to put out an album that seems like a continuation or extension of their previous work. It's still a great album, though, because the Death Metal feeling these guys give off is very different from that of other "mainstream" Death Metal bands. It's pretty much unique to Immolation. An astoundingly brutal Blackened Deathrash album(as what I like to call it). A very captivating experience. Aug 1, 2015

This one is a Blackened Deathrash album, but it's more like "a deathly sound that takes the form of Black Metal". Listening feels like shoving up so many sounds through your ear at the same time. Aug 1, 2015

Y-yup, even after over a decade they still feel like Atheist! They build an amazing wall of technical "white noise". It may seem overly complicated at first, but after a few listens the songs all make sense. Aug 1, 2015

Awesome and brutal riffs communicated in amazing velocious songs. Pretty impressive for a debut album! Aug 1, 2015

The way Katatonia pulls out the melancholic, serene, relaxed feeling and then all of a sudden blows up with amazing heavy chords is almost unique to this band. Aug 1, 2015

This unexpectedly blew my mind. It drags on some kind of an occult-ish feeling but at the same time every song seems so fresh and great. Loads of awesome songs with great melodies too. Aug 1, 2015

One of the Melodeath albums that has the brutality turned up a notch. It throws out some good melodies from time to time, but they're not enticing enough to catch the listener's attention for 40 minutes. Aug 1, 2015

An excellent performance of great songs and an exuberant crowd that go with it! This is practically one of the best live performance records out there. Aug 1, 2015

More of a refined Grindcore sound, with great riffs and awesome grooovy moments. Awesome production quality makes it a lot better. Aug 1, 2015

Rudimentary Grindcore, mostly with bones and not a lot of flesh. A monumental album for both Napalm Death and the genre of Grindcore. Aug 1, 2015

Rush cranked up the heaviness, and the result was absolutely blissful. Immersive songs that take your breath for a full hour! They really are Gods by this point. Jul 31, 2015
Kildneybean 95/100
A more of a soft stroke. Which is really amazing, because there's more emphasis on the melodies and progginess. Very insightful and profound lyrics by Neil Peart too. Great work! Jul 31, 2015

Amazing comeback album bu the Canadian Prog masterminds Rush. Amazing opening track, amazing title track, and overall a mindblowing album. Jul 31, 2015
Kildneybean 90/100
Between The Buried and Me has gone really prog rockish. I think it was a change for the better, because this album showcases rather fresh material compared to their early stuff. Jul 31, 2015

A jumble of multiple subgenres of Metal, built mostly around Metalcore. The songs are sometimes very creative and fun, but after a few tracks feel like a revamped version of one song. Jul 31, 2015

Sort of less brutal than Sorcery but still quite chaotic, thus making a fun listen. The twin vocals are really interesting. Jul 31, 2015

A very gloomy and beautiful experience. The songs are either really good or kinda boring. Katatonia writes really good melodic lines though. Jul 31, 2015

Dio coming back sure did the trick; Black Sabbath put out an album that was just like the old Dio days in terms of style. Which is amazing! Jul 31, 2015

May 10, 2024

1990년도에 대체 무슨 일이 있었길래... rust in peace, painkiller, spiritual healing, cowboys from hell까지... May 7, 2024

May 10, 2024

May 10, 2024

May 5, 2024

May 12, 2024
