데스 메탈의 전설적인 밴드 카니발 콥스의 대표곡 중 하나 Hammer smashed face. 이 앨범은 싱글 앨범으로, 명색이 카니발 콥스인 만큼 데스 메탈의 잔인하고 폭력적인 요소가 많음. 그냥 데스 메탈 그 자체이며, 최고의 앨범이라고 생각함. 카니발 콥스의 그 위협적인 사운드가 나를 이끌음. 그리고 이 무거운 기타 소리는 따라올 수가 없음.

이 계열의 인기 히트곡이라 할수 있는 1번곡 뿐만 아니라 커버곡들도 훌륭하다. 3번은 제대로 꿀꿀이 분위기를 내주는데 따라 부르면 몹시 즐겁다.
