Great music by a dependable band. I don't find it particularly better than their later albums, but the symphonic sections on this one are their most evocative ones, I find. Shadow of Intent; Deathcore yankees keeping it real since 2014.

I don't like this combination at all. Melodic and symphonically oriented Deathcore music with growling, roaring and then pure male vocals. Especially the roar (the second voice) is terrible.

Favourite SOI album

Pretty close to one of those albums you can just push play and not be let down throughout its entirety.

심포닉 타이틀 달고 나온 코어류 음악 중에 제일 마음에 들었던 앨범. Make Them Suffer랑 Winds of Plague를 들으면서 아쉬웠던 부분이 이 앨범에선 전혀 없었다.

요즘 데스코어 시장의 트렌드에 잘 맞아떨어지는 앨범이라고 생각한다

개인적으로 여러 요소가 섞인 잡탕같은 느낌이었다.

멜데스 한 스푼, 데스코어 한 스푼, 프로그레시브 반 스푼.

코어 스타일이 가미된 음악들은 그다지 선호하지 않았는데 이건 물건이다.

brutal death와 grindcore에 symphonic까지 다 버무렸으나 간지외 음악적인 어필은 미흡한듯

이거 엄청나네요.

와~ 말도 안되게 미첬네 1집보단 좀 더 심포닉해졌고 연주력도 엄청나게 상승했다 보컬은 거의 랩하는 수준이지만 그자체만으로도 멋있다 다시 한번 말하겠지만 쉐도우 오브 인텐트 이번앨범 정말 대박인 것 같다. 같은 심포닉 데스코어 밴드인 선배 메이트 뎀 서퍼, 윈즈 오브 플라그를 능가하는 수준
