본작부터 Thrash Metal을 대폭 받아들이며 직선적이고 맹렬히 퍼붓는 연주는 전작보다 더욱 진화되었다. 전작이 Industrial Metal에 Thrash Metal의 Riff를 도입시킨것에 지나지 않았지만 Industrial Metal이라는 명칭에 어울리는 균등한 배율이었다면 본작은 그냥 Thrash Metal에 Industrial을 도입한 스타일이다.
거의 Thrash Metal이라 불러도 무방할 정도로 Thrash Riff와 구성력이 흡사하지만 Ministry만의 Industrial의 느낌을 살리기 위해 Programming을 만져 딱딱하고 기계적인 느낌과 Vocal이자 리더인 Al Jourgensen의 괴기한 톤의 목소리를 분위기에 잘 섞이게 만들어졌다. 본작에서의 Riff들은 가히 살인적으로 꽂아대며 귀를 반복적으로 후벼파서 지루하다고 느껴질지 모르겠지만 구성에 따른 변화를 통해 Sampling을 적절히 잘 씌워서 지루함이 거의 느껴지지 않거니와 집중력도 떨어지지 않는다.
실험적인 시도도 띄이지만 위화감이 전혀 없고 곡들 하나한 상당히 귀에 쏙쏙 박히며 Industrial적인 분위기를 잘 이끌어내면서 Ministry 앨범 중 가장 훌륭한 앨범으로 꼽히기도 한다.

A lot of really good ideas and unique aspects to this album that were groundbreaking at the time. Probably most later Industrial Metal bands used this thing as a blueprint. The speedy, riff-focused parts of this are great, like Tv 2 and Hero, which rip along at chainsaw shredding speed. The album starts off quite energetically, with some simple yet aggressive and heavy riffs and some artificial but effective beats with some nice double bass work giving it some extra power.
