My most played album # 36. David Lee Roth - Eat Em And Smile. David proved he had what it takes with this album! He should have kept this amazing line up! Steve Via, full guitar god and songwriter he was just what was needed! Billy Sheehan, one of the best bass players in the world, Billy contributed songwriting as well with “Shy Boy” a song he did with his old band Talas. Solid drumming from Gregg Bissonette, add David Lee Roth what an amazing band! "Yankee Rose" peaked at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "Goin' Crazy!" was the second single, "Tobacco Road '' the fourth single has a great change up in the music, a big improvement from the original! Fun and shreds! Interesting is the Spanish version of this album called Sonrisa Salvaje Roth re-cut all his vocals with the help of a Spanish tutor. The only downside to the album is it’s 30:39 minute length and only 6 original songs, almost an EP with some covers added.
