상당히 정교하고 훌륭하게 만들어진 메탈/데스코어이다. 이들이 초창기부터 추구했던 음악 성향은 메탈/데스코어지만, 이모코어/스크리모/하드코어 펑크의 느낌을 최대한 살려 대중적 어필에 집중하기 시작한 앨범이다.
앨범 전반에 풍기는 멜랑콜리한 멜로디는 지극히 영국적인 스타일이라고 할 수 있는데, 다른 영국 메탈코어 밴드들도 이모셔널한 멜로디를 잘 사용하곤 한다. Bring me the Horizon은 그 중에 단연 발군의 실력을 지녔다. 영국의 유명 음악 매거진 Kerrang지에서 별 다섯개 만점을 받았을 만큼 매체의 평가도 좋다.
개인적으로도 메탈 입문용으로 추천해주고 싶은 앨범으로, 유연한 멜로디의 데스코어를 선호한다면 놓치지 않길 바란다.

감성적인 하드코어에 세련미를 더했다. 20년도 EP와 함께 최고작으로 꼽고싶다. 50분이 넘는 시간동안 강약조절이 아주 잘되어있어서 무리없이 정주행이 가능하다.

이모코어 느낌이 물씬나는 Bring Me the Horizon의 3집. 앞서 여러 회원님들께서 언급하신 것처럼 골라듣는 재미가 있다. 하지만 왜인지 모르게 보컬이 따로 노는 느낌이 들어 더 호평을 할 수가 없다.
