전작 Burning : A Wish과 같은 라인업으로 공개한 Lacrimas Profundere의 통산 다섯 번째 앨범으로 리드기타를 맡고 있는 Oliver Nikolas Schmid가 대부분의 곡들을 썼으며 직접 프로듀싱하였다. 여성보컬과 바이올린을 맡았던 Anja Hotzendorfer가 3집 Memorandum을 끝으로 탈퇴한 것과 맞물려 보다 현대적인 사운드로 탈바꿈하였던 Burning: A Wish 앨범은, 고딕 본연의 처절함을 잃지 않은 상태에서 모던한 감각속에 투영된 내적 심연의 끝자락을 들려주는 듯한 극한의 완성도를 지닌 명반이었다. 본작 Fall, I Will Follow의 방향성은 4집에 이은 논리적인 연장선상에 위치하고 있는 것으로, 한층 현대적인 작법으로 곡들의 구성이 더욱 간결해졌다. 개인적으로 가장 좋아하는 키보디스트중 하나인 Christian Steiner가 작곡한 곡들로서, 풍부한 여백의 미를 느낄 수 있는 Sear Me Pale Sun, And Her Enigma 등을 추천한다.

Katatonia를 연상시키는 우울한 음반. 마지막 히든트랙이 너무 좋다. 전체적으로 아주 좋아하는 음반. 현대적이고 세련되었으나 우울한 감성을 유지하고 있다.
