Impressive & enjoyable. This is more on the progressive metalcore side instead of progressive metal, but the weakest aspects of metalcore are either absent or diminished in these songs, leaving only positive parts. Good work.   Apr 10, 2024

Even though the title track is so legendary, it's underwhelming for me. It has a couple of good points but it ends without doing enough. Kickstart My Heart is definitely better, but still not great. The other songs were okay. The production is perfect though and the drumming is pro. In the end, I just want to find other bands to come to for glam.   Apr 8, 2024

I was pleased to learn that this is slightly better than their excellent 2011 album Cabale. It has the atmosphere I came to them for, but it's not lost on me how friggin' heavy this is as well. Their bandcamp page says they're working on new material. I really hope it's the truth.   Apr 8, 2024

Extremely evocative atmospheric black metal bound to be a highlight of 2024. Those masterful guitar tones could be from some top-tier post-metal. The vocal style works so perfectly with the moods of the songs. My pick of the day without a doubt.   Apr 8, 2024

It's all good, but track 3 just captivates me with that mid-tempo paired with a slow groove. The bass is the star of the composition for sure, but everything else is excellent too. This is that kind of atmospheric BM that has a bit of depressive influence without really being depressive. Done brilliantly.   Apr 8, 2024

This is a lot like The Black Album plus Nickelback. I like The Black Album, but considering Nickelback's awful music, I'm surprised I didn't hate this album. It's okay, but I don't find it so genuine. Maybe if you're into commercial radio hard rock you'll like this a lot more than I did.   Apr 8, 2024

There are so many good aspects of this album that it's a bit overwhelming to talk about. I loved the variety of the riffing - ranging from groove metal, to death metal, to heavy metal. Of course the singing is the best in metal, and these are excellent songs.   Apr 4, 2024

리치가 베이스를 1–3, 6를 연주했다. 그 외의 스튜디오는 밥 데이즐리 연주. 어렸을 때에는 1,5를 굉장히 좋아했었는데 문제는 5를 라센 시기에는 듣질 못했었다. 지금은 오히려 4번 같은 곡이 애청곡이 되었다. 앨범으로 기준으로도 1,2집보다 더 좋아했던 기억이 있다. 8번은 역시나 디오의 또 다른 보컬 맛을 느끼기 좋은 곡. 디오 재적시의 앨범은 영원할 것 같다.   Apr 20, 2024

3인조 코로너의 전 앨범 특히 2,3,4집을 좋아합니다. 옛날에 3집을 LP로 구입했었는데 속지에 시계, 스위스, 큰 글자로 '그로테스크' 라고 적힌 기억이.. 이후 90년대 중후반에 걸쳐서 전 앨범을 시디로 하나씩 모았죠. 30년간 신보를 안 내고 재결성 후에 아직도 활동하는 것도 특이한데, 그만큼 고정팬들이 많다는거 거겠죠.   Apr 25, 2024

개인적으로 이 앨범을 그렇게 좋아하지 않는다. 이 앨범이야 말로 방향성이 애매했던 프로듀싱과 작곡으로 생각보다 안좋네 라고 생각했던 앨범. 물론 메탈 갓이 주다스의 시그니쳐로 쓰이기는 한데 이 곡도 애매하다. 브레이킹 더 로나 리빙도 맘에 안들고 물론 관중과 싱어롱할때는 좋긴 하다고 생각은 하지만 말이다. 75-80점.6번 8번이 의외로 좋다.   May 8, 2024
