My most played album #396. Threshold - Legends of the Shires. 2017 The eleventh studio album from this amazing band was released in 2017. This is a concept album about "a nation trying to find itself" according to lyricist Steve Anderson. This album is rising fast up my most played list with 23 plays in 27 months. The guitar tone is amazing, the lyrics really hit home with the save the planet theme! #13 in Germany, #14 in Sweden, #31 in Austria. And nobody heard of them in the U.S. except those on my facebook feed who hear about this band all the time! Also check out my favorite album from this band called Wounded Land!

threshold are probably the best uk progressive rock band, with all the press coverage for dream theater over the last couple of years im suprised no uk rock magazine hasn't championed threshold. dead reckoning is one of the best pro metal albums i've ever heard slipstream is a classic commercial track, if anyone out there likes dream theater do yourselves a favour and get a cop...
