멤버들 이름값만 믿고 듣기에는 좀 많이 실망스럽습니다. 지나치게 짧은 러닝타임을 보고 우려스러웠는데, 낮아진 기대치보다도 못한 음악을 들려주네요.

일단 명목상 '심포닉 데스코어'인데, 길어봐야 2분을 겨우 넘기는 곡 안에서 오케스트레이션을 잠깐만 깔아줍니다.
곡 내내 깔아도 모자랄 판에 찔끔찔끔 넣어놓으니 여기서 어떤 분들은 '혹시 그라인드같이 빠르게 조지는 음악인가?' 라고 생각하실 수도 있는데, 그런 것도 아니라서 아주 조금 나오는 블래스트비트 외에는 브레이크다운하고 미드템포만 떡칠해놨습니다.

이렇게 곡 구성마저도 최악인 상황에서 그나마 유일한 장점은 Dickie의 보컬인데, 문제는 그마저도 IA보다 못하다는 것입니다. 특유의 역겹고 짐승같은 톤은 건재하지만 IA에서 보여준 여러 테크닉을 자유자재로 오가면서 다채롭게 조져주는 모습은 없고, 절제하는건지 역량이 떨어졌는지는 모르겠지만 이 양반 기준으로 다소 단조로운 모습을 보여줘서 아쉽습니다.

결론적으로 그냥 이거 들을 바에 피처링 빵빵해서 듣는 재미가 확실한 Brojob이나 IA 2집 3집, 혹은 이 EP 전에 같이 스플릿을 낸 Hollow Prophet의 Hellhole을 듣는게 100배는 낫습니다.

There's not much to praise here other than Dickie Allen's vocals. If you were to remove the vocals, you're left with the same old boring Andrew Zink product that just doesn't deliver anything but yawns. This album is a disappointment even compared to their split with Hollow Prophet.
