The title of the album is an obvious reference to "Still Cyco After All These Years" (recorded in 1989 as a re-recording of the band's self-titled debut album, but not released until 1993), but most of the tracklist is a re-recording of Mike ''Cyco Miko'' Muir's solo debut album "Lost My Brain! (Once Again)" (1996).
