akokoľvek sa snažím albumy od Melvins vypočuť pozitívne a nájsť si tam niečo pre seba, pri každom albume sa mi potvrdzuje, že toto nie je hudba pre mňa a nieje to ani nič kvalitné a originálne. Po hudobnej stránke sa jedná o kombináciu Alternative/Stoner Rock s občasnými prvkami Noise, Punk a Grunge. No dosť slabé.   May 9, 2024

Did you ever have a Slam Wednesday? Well, for me, there were some great examples of bands putting some real feeling & nuance into all the thunderous destruction. Also, though slam vocals are by design quite absurd, Analepsy makes them listenable & expressive too. Good work.   May 9, 2024

I'm glad this true gem showed up on Slam Worldwide. Often slam is fun, but with the thick atmosphere, and the good taste in vocals, I take this one a bit more seriously. The cover art is a super cool concept with execution that's a bit medium, but the music is quite high-tier to my ears.   May 9, 2024

More passion than you could imagine on this powerful album that feels at once in dirty club somewhere but also in some fancy rehearsal space. There's a billion guest vocalists from crust and hardcore groups. Really genuine stuff from a bunch that believes in what they're saying.   May 9, 2024

I like the style since it's similar to Cult of Luna & Julie Christmas's collaboration. However, I don't get into this Guhts album as much. The vocals feel more like performance art, which could be OK, but I just don't like it as much as some sludge fans might. It's still easy to hear how this is a fully capable band - maybe I'll like another album from them much more.   May 9, 2024

I can imagine the nostalgia many fans must feel for when this was a brand new style, but most of these songs are too basic. Please vary some riffs & beats... maybe a key change or tempo change. Anyway, it is a super early release from a towering discography, so who am I to complain.   May 9, 2024

군터 베르노의 부재가 오히려 곡의 diversity가 증가하는 방향으로 귀결되어 조금 변화된 VP를 느낄수있다. 그 와중에 코어는 전혀 흔들리지 않고 너무나 탄탄한 장르의 전형을 보여주는 뛰어난 앨범이다. 이들 특유의 늘어짐이 가끔은 지루하기도 하지만, 이정도 내공에 이정도 앨범을 찍어내는 이들은 결코 없으므로, 이제 당연히 명예의 전당에 입성해야 한다.   May 10, 2024

리치가 베이스를 1–3, 6를 연주했다. 그 외의 스튜디오는 밥 데이즐리 연주. 어렸을 때에는 1,5를 굉장히 좋아했었는데 문제는 5를 라센 시기에는 듣질 못했었다. 지금은 오히려 4번 같은 곡이 애청곡이 되었다. 앨범으로 기준으로도 1,2집보다 더 좋아했던 기억이 있다. 8번은 역시나 디오의 또 다른 보컬 맛을 느끼기 좋은 곡. 디오 재적시의 앨범은 영원할 것 같다.   Apr 20, 2024

3인조 코로너의 전 앨범 특히 2,3,4집을 좋아합니다. 옛날에 3집을 LP로 구입했었는데 속지에 시계, 스위스, 큰 글자로 '그로테스크' 라고 적힌 기억이.. 이후 90년대 중후반에 걸쳐서 전 앨범을 시디로 하나씩 모았죠. 30년간 신보를 안 내고 재결성 후에 아직도 활동하는 것도 특이한데, 그만큼 고정팬들이 많다는거 거겠죠.   Apr 25, 2024

개인적으로 이 앨범을 그렇게 좋아하지 않는다. 이 앨범이야 말로 방향성이 애매했던 프로듀싱과 작곡으로 생각보다 안좋네 라고 생각했던 앨범. 물론 메탈 갓이 주다스의 시그니쳐로 쓰이기는 한데 이 곡도 애매하다. 브레이킹 더 로나 리빙도 맘에 안들고 물론 관중과 싱어롱할때는 좋긴 하다고 생각은 하지만 말이다. 75-80점.6번 8번이 의외로 좋다.   May 8, 2024
