I'm the bearer of the candle,
which The "Compaña" gave me,
which today will be reclaimed,
and so my life.
Black ravens fly over my dwelling,
and the wolves with their howls,
know that I'm going to die.
Midnight has fell,
and the spirits come for their candle
taking my soul with them.
I see my body lyind lifeless,
my beloved crying at my remains,
while I'm going away from them.
