보컬리스트 Kyle Michaels (MASI, ANIMAL, BIRD OF PREY, RAVAGE)와 기타리스트 Rex Carroll (FIERCE HEART, WHITECROSS, KING JAMES), 드러머 Mike Terran.(BEAU NASTY, HANOVER FIST, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, AXEL RUDI PELL, METALIUM, RAGE)가 모여 ROSEWATER라는 밴드를 결성 하였습니다. 보컬인 Michaels는 최근에 MANOWAR의 전 기타리스트 David Shankle의 밴드인 DAVID SHANKLE GROUP에서 활동 하였었습니다. 아직 상세한 정보는 밝혀지지 않은 상태 입니다.
