밴드들 출신 일본, 이탈리아, 독일 앨범명 도쿄, 이탈리아, 베를린 앨범속 인물 미시마 유키오, 무솔리니, 나치장교중 한명인것으로 보아 2차세계대전 추축국 컨셉으로 각 나라별 nsbm밴드들이 모여 만든 앨범이다. 일단 독일 밴드는 블랙보단 스래쉬에 가까운 블랙스래쉬 사운드를 들려주었고 ROTUGF는 언제나 한결같은 멜로딕컬하고 광폭한 블랙그라인드 사운드고 이탈리아밴드는 별로 영양가 없는 흔하디 흔한 똥블랙을 들려주었다.
