5. Death Masks (feat. Jason Milbank) (2:53)
You hope to be remembered, as you cling to your life. Even in death you wish to be unique. Laying beneath a shroud, draped in misery, unaccepting of our shared fate, the spirit begins to fade. Cold lifeless eyes stare back at me as I gaze upon that which remains. Preserve my memory, the weak do always beg. But we return to dust before too late. There's no conquering the reaper with this fools masquerade. We bid this world farewell, now off to hell as our corpse rots in the ground. Don't pity the dead! Pity those who hope for salvation through ceremony, oh what a waste! Cold lifeless eyes stare back at me as I gaze upon that which remains. Preserve my memory, the weak do always beg. But we return to dust before too late.
