Why don't people want to adopt a mongrel?
Why are they so fixated on the make and the model?
Does it matter to you if a dog's brand new?

But a rescue dog is not a car with mileage, it's an abandoned life with nowhere to go
It's a beating heart crying out for a home
They are the most desperate but they are viewed as the least desirable
For every thousand-pound puppy there's a thousand homeless dogs in need
What good reason is there to not adopt?
Who is behind designer dogs? Bred in a way that cannot breathe?
You're forsaking its health for the sake of the breed
When are we going to stop playing God?
