일부에서 Demilich가 생각나는 개성있는 보컬 이펙터 활용에 데스 메탈에 영향을 받은 정통 패솔로지컬 리프가 일품이다. 고어그라인드스러운 공격성 약간과 데스맛의 묵직함, 멜로디를 살려 가볍게 달리며 난도질하는 고어그라인드와 다른 멀끔함을 보여주고, 막 달리기 보단 앞서 말한 리프 중심으로 절제미를 보여주며 시체 냄새나는 분위기를 서서히 풍겨오도록 하는 완급 조절 또한 일품이다. 특유의 멜로디 활용과 메디컬한 주제, 분위기는 후대 고어그라인드에 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 이를 계승한 밴드도 적잖이 보이게 된다. 적절히 차분한 구조와 톤을 통한 이들의 기괴한 멜로딕이 녹아있는 리프의 활용이 가장 잘 표현된 앨범이라 생각된다.
