Invasion marks the beginning of Manilla Road's long and interesting journey. It's definitely an album worth listening to, although it can hardly stand among the group's finest work. This is not nearly as Metal as the bands later work, being more of a Psychedelic Hard Rock album with few Old school Metal elements.

An honest attempt, and The Empire is a great song, but it just sounds incredibly underdeveloped and muddy.

na debutovom albume sa akoby ešte len hľadali, niektoré nápady sú dobré, niektoré nefungujú. Štýlovo je to skôr hard/psychadellic rock s heavy metalom
