메탈코어의 악곡을 흡수한 하드코어 펑크. 악기의 톤과 연주에 있어서 기본적으로 메탈의 사운드를 가져가지만 펑크계통 특유의 색깔이 드러나는데 특히 악을 써대는 보컬에서 두드러진다. 내용면에서도 역시 반사회적, 비판적인 모습을 보인다. 앨범의 제목이자 타이틀곡이기도 한 Under the Wheels of Progress. 이 문장은 앨범의 전체적인 내용을 관통하는 의미를 담고 있다. 2번의 Flames of Efficiency와 7번이자 타이틀인 Under the Wheels of Progress의 가사를 살펴보면, 몇몇에 의하여 진보와 효율이라는 허울좋은 명목 아래에 수많은 사람들이 짓밟히고 희생당하고 있음을 드러냄과 동시에 공격적으로 비판하고있으며 이를 은유적으로 표현한 앨범의 커버에서도 확인 할 수 있다. 나온지 얼마 안되었음에도 오래된 노래같다는 감상이 드는 앨범. 나쁘지 않았으나 내 취향까진 아니었다. 85점.
