To Break the Circle of Saṃsāra Lyrics

Wheel spins, Brahman’s set to motion.
A pulse of ātma down to embryo;
from a cosmic womb a life reborn.
Preserved under Viṣṇu battle-spirit
marches on, stronger and defiant
than all the past that have fall.

“ इन्द्रियाणि पराण्याहुरिन्द्रियेभ्यः परं मनः।
मनसस्तु परा बुद्धिर्यो बुद्धेः परतस्तु सः॥”
— Bhagavadgītā

Ajñana, ajñana mixed with jñāna
and Saṃsāra circle closes;
jñāna, jñāna mixed with ātma
and Mokṣa circle opens.

So live accordingly!

Renouncing mãyã, I evoke the senses.
Mind opened wide, I let the knowledge flow,
sending soul up high to where do I belong!

Praise to Śiva, reside in me.
Toast to Kāla, and what must be.
Bhairava disperse me into free,
so I can embrace the mother,
and the beauty of Śakti I can see.
