The Ichnumon Method is a reference (direct or indirect) to Ichnumon Wasps which paralyze their prey and lay their eggs in the still living bodies. These eggs then hatch and the larvae devour the prey alive from the inside out.

There's potential here, and some crazy compositions and songwriting, but more often than not the songs are overindulgent in dissonance and chaos to the point they hold themselves back. An interesting sound for sure. Just not the most enjoyable. But this band could certainly go somewhere interesting.
