천천히 가다듬고 들어야 느낄 수 있는 엇나간 둠메틀의 전개를... Solstice 입니다. 앨범커버부터 대놓고 드러내는 방향이 노골적으로 드러나 있는 이번 이피앨범에서 가장 두드러 지는건 완급조절을 통한 완충적이고 병렬적인 전개가 아닌 약간의 직선적인 방향과 바이킹메틀의 조금씩 치고 오르는 듯한 기승전 느낌이 강한 앨범입니다. 둠메틀이라고 하기에도 애매한데 에픽 둠메틀이라... 얘네들이 지향하는 방향은 어디인지 궁금하네요. 그치만 쉽게 생각해보면 신나면 그만?!

Solstice existujú na hudobnej scéne od roku 1990, ale doteraz vydali len 3 radové albumy a 3 EP-čka (výberovky a demá nepočítam). EP "Death's Crown Is Victory" pokračuje v smere predošlých albumov, pričom na albume a prezentuje opäť nový spevák, a to Paul Thomas Kearns. Hudba je opäť podarená, určená pre fans Doom/Heavy Metal -u.
