막스 노먼이 프로듀싱/엔지니어를 맡았다. 확실히 사운드가 깔끔해지고 듣기 좋아졌다. Keith Collins가 녹음 중에 실수가 조금 있던 것을 최종본을 고쳤다고 하며 그래서 86년에는 Johnny Lee Middleton 가 가입하는 결과를 낳았다. atlatic 오리지널반은 속지가 부실해서 2011 ear music을 추천한다. 처음부터 무난하였지만 확 압살하진 않았으나 꽃이 피는 것이 앨범마다 느껴

선이 굵은 리프 위주의 전개를 보여주던 전작에 비해, 가늘고 빠르며 다이나믹한 리프 위주의 곡들을 들려주는 게 특이점. 어느 정도 기틀을 잡은 밴드의 정석적인 사운드를 들려주는 작품입니다.

A pretty standard sophmore release for Savatage. Nothing really special here, but it definitely has some great riffs and vocals at times.
