My 85th most played album. Poison - Crack a Smile. My only Poison album in the top 1,000. This album is tons of fun every time I listen to it I want to hear it again. The album was recorded in 1995 but was not released until 2000. Bootlegs were selling for $50 or it might have never been released. Amazing by far it is their best work. Silly but fun. A song about doing it like I see on my T.V.. A song about a guy who wants to spice up his love life so he takes his lady to the x- rated show guess who is the star? The out of control rocker that has a yes man who does everything he asks, what could go wrong? and oh so romantic, Just shut up and make love!

밴드와 음반사의 사정으로 보류되었던 정규엘범이 부트렉 고가거래와 일부 펜들의 요청에 의해 정식 발매된 케이스. 그 과정에서 기존 발표곡과 데모곡, MTV 언플러그드 라이브 트렉까지 추가가 된 정규엘범인 듯 정규 아닌 편집엘범 같은 발매가 되었다. (정규 트렉 12곡 ~기존 발표곡2곡 포함~ + 데모곡 3곡 + 미발표 데모 1곡 + 미발표 라이브 4곡)
Blues Saraceno 가 참여한 유일한 정규엘범으로, 내용은 꽤나 준수하여 경쾌한 하드 블루스 롹큰롤을 선사한다. Blues Saraceno와 Poison의 궁합도 잘 맞는 느낌으로 초창기의 파티락 분위기는 조금 빠졌지만, 하드한 듯 쫄깃한 그루브감이 만족스럽다. 아마도 제대로 완성된 상태로 제때 발매되었다면 좀 더 좋은 성과가 있지 않았을까.
오히려 후반부의 MTV 언플러그드 트렉들이 미발표임에도 불구하고 엘범 전체적인 분위기를 저해한다는 느낌이 들기도 한다. 이 엘범을 기점으로 Poison의 디스코 그라피가 다소 애매한 엘범들로 채워지는 시발점이 된다.
