Obscura na novom albume "A Sonication" ponúka Technický Death Metal, ktorý je doplnený o Prog. prvky. Album má dobrý zvuk a v rámci štýlu celkom podarenú hudbu, preto akosi nechápem to výrazne nízke hodnotenie (na druhej strane každý máme svoj vkus).

정신잃을 정도의 난해하지만 멜로딕한 옵스큐라식 테크니컬함이 가득한가 X. 그렇다면 곡을 붙잡고 분석할만한 가치의 프로그레시브한 뛰어난 곡의 구성미가 있는가 X. 이도저도 아닌것만 가득한 밍밍한 무언가. 여태 잘 만들어서 상대적 저평가가 아니라 그냥 못 만든 앨범이다. 만일 곡 5개씩인가빼서 EP앨범으로 냈어도 난 절대 좋은 소리는 못했을것이다.

옵스큐라의 매력은 개성넘치는 솔로이스트들을 어떻게 테크데스에 잘 녹여내는가에 있는데 어디서 이따위 제네릭한 기타리스트를 데려왔는지 모르겠다. 그들의 앨범중 제일 재미없는 기타연주라면 최하점 받는게 마땅하겠지?

No es su mejor trabajo, eso está claro, pero aquí sigue habiendo unos músicos de calidad. Esta semana los he visto en directo defendiendo varios temas de este album junto a otros éxitos y tienen cuerda para rato.
