This used to be a thrash band in the beer-&-pizza faction. Now it's very commercial, aimed at 11-year-olds for money-making reasons. It sounds like a recipe for bad music, and some of it is really bad. Track 6 surprised me at how much better it was, with songwriting and vocals both being better than the rest of the album. They try to go out with a metalcore bang with the final track, but it's just a little good. The album overall is a bit bad.
