사운드가 빡센 편은 아니어서, 끔찍스러운 (좋은의미로) 보컬과는 별도로 기타리프는 멜로딕함. 녹음 최악. 기타는 잘 들리지 않고 보컬만 크게 녹음되어 있다보니 아주 허전함. 최초로 공포영화 사운드를 삽입하는 등 여러 참신한 시도는 높게 평가할만. 음악 자체는 훌륭하지 못하지만, 고어그라인드의 탄생에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다는 측면에서 중요한 위치를 차지.

고어영화 카니발 홀로코스트를 모티브로 잡은 앨범. 샘플링도 그 영화에서 따온 듯..본 작의 내용물은 비록 설익고 어설픈 사운드지만 충분히 지랄맞고 광폭하다.초기 그라인드 씬에선 빠질 수 없는 밴드의 데뷔작.
