JOURNEY의 곡을.. 그 어떤 주도 달지 않고.. ex) feat. JOURNEY...
첫번째 곡. 타이틀 곡으로까지 .. 해서 1위를 한 것인데. 이 것은 오히려 불명예스러운 일이다.
몽환적이고 빛을 내는 Vocal때문에 호감이 있었는데 이번 사건으로 자주 찾지 않는 밴드가 되었다.
게다가..
JOURNEY 같은 경우 천상계 중에서도 하늘인.. Steve Perry 의 vocal인데 음역이 비교적 낮은 후렴구에서도 그 묵직함과 헤비한 톤의 강도는 오히려 비교조차 할 수 없는 상대적인 열위를 스스로 증명하였다.
이 계열 독보적인 MUSE라 믿어의심치 않았는데

Music is just music! It's what you hear that makes you feel intense emotions, without labels or musical boundaries. When someone manages to evoke such feelings through their music, then they can truly be called an ARTIST!
Ghost is no longer hiding their influences, in fact they have incorporated them so seamlessly into their being that reminiscing about Elizabeth rotting in the castle just feels dated and boring at this point. I embrace 80s Ghost with all my being, but I’m pretty sure I’m the target audience. Forge still has plenty of people to convert to his machinations, but Skeletá is as honest as a proposal can ever be, a thrilling album for the most part with outstanding guitar work and astonish vocal production that sits incredibly well with their rest of their discography, and for the Ministry that is good enough reason to replace a Pope.

단순히 듣기좋은 캐치함을 넘어서,
성찰적인 슬픔의 감성을 세련되고 글래머러스한 방법으로 자극한다.
데뷔이래 Prequelle까지는 속주 금지령이라도 받은것처럼 심플한 패턴의 연주로 초보 연주자들도
쉽게 따라할수 있다는것이 매력이었는데, Impera부터 연주가 테크니컬해지더니 본작에서는
솔로 난이도가 대폭 올라갔다. 특히 Umbra에서 펼치는 기타와 키보드의 현란한 실력행사가 돋보인다.

Ghost nikdy nepatrili medzi mojich favoritov a album "Skeletá" to len potvrdzuje. Hudba je miestami schopná, niektoré miesta sú priemerné a niektoré slabé. Štýlovo sa jedná o Pop Rock s prvkami Hard a Soft Rocku. Avšak sú dve veci, ktoré mi výrazne vadia: ten hnusný slizký sladký spev (niekedy skoro až uplakaný), ktorý by sa hodil to totálnej pop alebo disco kapely. A druhé je neustále pretláčanie satanizmu, ktorý je ako ideológia padnutý na hlavu.

너무 유명해지면 쓸때 없이 필요 이상의 억까를 당하는 경우가 많은거 같다. 대표적으로 Ghost랑 Sleep Token, 옛것을 흥을 그대로 살려 촌스럽지 않게 자기들 입맛대로 트렌디하게 바꾸는 능력만큼은 인정한다.

근래 헤비메탈씬의 라이징 스타라는 소문과 분장 컨셉에 이끌려 찾아 1번트랙 재생버튼 누르고 잔뜩 고막에 힘 줘 긴장 타다가 스피커에서 나오는 소리에 혹시 내가 뭘 잘못 검색을 했나 여러번 검색어와 씨름했던 사람들의 모임.txt

초초초초초 대박 히트곡인 Mary on a cross 이후의 성공 가도를 그대로 이어가는 작품. MoaC급의 대박 넘버는 없지만 그만한 곡을 여럿 뽑아낸다는 게 쉬운 일도 아니고, 이 정도면 그간의 앨범들과 비교해서도 전혀 꿀릴 것이 없어 보임. 사실 전작이 살짝 떨어지는 느낌이라 이들도(대다수의 밴드들이 그렇듯) 완만한 하향 곡선을 그려가는 게 아닌가 했는데 기우였음

팝적인 센스와 불길한 기운의 마이너 단조와의 기가 막힌 조화는 이 작품에서도 여전하다. 나는 그렇게 생각하지 않지만 전작이 너무 화려하고 고스트 특유의 음울한 기운이 너무 빠져서 항간에는 아쉬운 소리도 들었던것 같다. 전작대비 좀 더 불길하고 음울한 기운이 지배하고 있지만 여전히 훌륭한 작곡센스를 보여주고 있고 Umbra에서의 연주는 정말 끝내준다.

A great, uplifting album. Ghost has never sounded so bright while retaining its haunting quality. Highlights: "The Marks of The Evil One", "Satanized", "Peacefield"

Si Ghost sigue por esta senda, me habrá perdido para siempre. Un álbum de melodías agradables, y comerciales, buenas quizá pero para un álbum de Pop de los 80. La producción y el sonido son buenos, pero lo dicho, este estilo musical está lejos de lo que podamos definir como "Metal".

I went into this album with very low expectations and I actually liked it. However, for fans of the band, it may not be to their liking. The album is very polished and practically weightless, sounding like a kind of "Arena Rock" from the 80s, at times like a copy of Journey, like the track "Peacefield", which is almost a plagiarism of the anthem "Separate Ways". The album is extremely commercial and has mainstream appeal.
