에버그레이가 조금 아쉬운것은 곡 중간에 강하게 밀어 붙일 수 있을거 같은데 그냥 배킹으로 기운을 빼는 트랙이 있어서 아쉽다 그럼에도 이전에 비해서 좋아진 앨범의 진행이 프록메탈처럼 들린다

A Heartless Portrait: The Orphean Testament is a great album

EVERGREY have starting a new era of melodic proggresive-power metal with this last 3 albums. They are very solid!!

I've been thinking for a long time how many points I should give to the new Evergrey album. Currently, it seems underrated to me, but on the other hand, I miss more moments with elaborate instrumental parts. Don't get me wrong, the album is quality, it's still in Progressive/Power Metal style, but I like them best in musically more complicated and developed parts, which could be again more frequent.

사운드 퀄리티는 훌륭. 하지만 임팩트 부족하고 무난무난한 곡흐름. 그냥 일반 팝송 같고 전체적으로 듣는 재미가 없음.

Najviac sa mi páčia prepracované a technické piesne (klávesové a gitarové experimenty) a zároveň tvrdé gitarové pasáže. Evergrey sú zárukou kvalitnej hudby a dá sa povedať aj pojem na metalovej scéne.

프로그레시브 메탈의 사색적 감각은 전보다는 덜하지만 여전히 그 맛은 살아있고, 그 자리를 키보드 솔로나 그로테스크한 분위기의 합창과 거친 보이스 등 다양한 색감으로 채웠습니다. 1년만에 나온 정상급 밴드의 정규 앨범인데 매너리즘에 빠지지 않고 변주를 주는 이들의 탁월한 음악적 선택에 엄지손가락을 추켜세우고 싶습니다.
