레이서 X의 Jeff Martin이 드럼을, Rhett Forrester가 초기 보컬을 맡을 정도의 밴드였으나 결국 비운의 작품으로 남게 된 앨범. 제대로 유통도 되지 않아 결국 이 1996년판을 밴드명과 디자인을 바꿔 1998년에 다시 내었다.
