음악성이야 원래 막장에 가까웠지만 본작부터는 혐오주의자 마냥 분노와 증오로 가득찬 메시지를 담아 만들어냈다. 당시 미국 청소년들 사이에서는 뭐만 하면 '게이'라고 붙여서 쓰는게 유행이었던 시절을 반영한 것인지 곡과 가사에서 게이라는 단어를 굉장히 많이 사용한다. 앨범의 주제 역시나 그런 걸 차용해서 그냥 혐오스러우면 다 게이이거나, 맘에 안 들어도 다 게이라고 하는것 같다. (너도 나도 게이, 우리 모두 게이, 우주도 게이...)
앨범의 가사 내용적인 부분이 워낙 막장이라서 사운드의 초점이 많이 흐르지긴 하나, 전작의 완급조절은 배제하고 순수하면서도 좀 더 지능적인(?) 음악을 들려준다. 막장도 수준이 있다보니 두서없는 막장과 생각하는 막장의 차이라고 생각이 드는데, 초창기 막무가내식 "노래 시작했다, 노래 끝났다"가 아닌, 질서 속 혼돈과도 같은 사운드를 들려준다. 글로 표현하기에는 애매하긴 한데, 이전 작들을 쭈욱 들어보면 어떤 차이인지 이해가 갈 것이라고 생각된다.
어찌보면 메시지를 제외한 사운드는 본작이 가장 Anal Cunt답고 음악적으로도 완성도가 좋은것 같다. Hardcore Punk를 적절히 섞어서 완급조절한 앨범들도 좋지만, 가장 본인들 다운 앨범이지 않나 싶다.
