Royal Hunt의 3집 앨범 "Moving Target"부터 마이크를 잡아 자신의 실력을 유감없이 발휘하고 있는 명보컬리스트 D.C. Cooper의 솔로앨범으로 Melodic Hard Rock 사운드를 들려주고 있다. 전체적으로 좋은 멜로디와 지루하지 않은 구성미를 지녔다. Shadow Gallery의 "Tyranny" 앨범에 게스트로 참여하기도 하였으며 후에 Silent Force를 조직하여 2000년에 데뷔앨범 "The Empire of Future"를 발표한다. 진취적이고 색채적인 멜로디를 지닌 "The Angel Comes" 등을 담고 있다.

very good album by D.C. Cooper. I always liked his voice. Especially at the beginning of his career at the Royal Hunt, he was top notch. I was also positively pleased with the inclusion of a cover version by the underappreciated Uriah Heep.
