본작을 처음 들었을땐 솔직히 알수없는 가벼움과 여백(!)때문에 많이 쏠리진 않았었는데 가끔 일부러 들어보다보니 본작에서 나타나는 연주력이 전작들보다는 한층 무르익었다는 느낌은 든다. 메탈리카의 4집처럼 퍼석퍼석한 드럼사운드가 포커스를 받은거 마냥 내귀에는 본작도 드럼의 탐탐소리가 지나치게 부각되어서 음악전체가 가볍게 느껴지는 것 같지만 오래듣다보니 짜임새있는 연주가 좋아졌다, 마침내.
