Formed from the ashes of Cleveland hardcore outfit Diehard, after the 1988 re-release of their infamous "Looking Out For #1" demo tape as a 7" EP, continued interest in the band led Dwid, Aaron "A Double" Melnick and Tony "Chubby Fresh" Pines to continue the band as Integrity.
