Iron maiden은 긴 활동 기간 만큼이나 많은 라이브 앨범을 내 왔다. 이 시대 가장 완벽한 헤비 메탈 라이브 앨범 중 하나라는 [Live after death] 랄지, 이 앨범 이전에 발표된 더블 앨범 [A real live one] 과 [A real dead one] 이랄지, Bruce Dickinson과 Adrian Smith가 원대 복귀를 신고하고 이들의 가세를 얻은 Iron maiden이 아직 건재하다는 선전 포고를 하고 있는 [Rock in Rio] 랄지, 2005년과 2009년, 그리고 2012년에 각기 발표되어 길다면 긴 공백기를 메울 수 있는 수단이 되어 준 [Death on the road] 나 [Flight 666-Original soundtrack album], [En vivo!] 랄지 하는 그런 앨범들. 동시기의 라이벌 밴드라고 할 수 있는 Judas priest와 비교해 보면? 월등히 많다, 고 하긴 어렵겠지만-JP의 라이브 앨범도 다섯... 아니 네 개, 차마 [A touch of evil-Live] 를 정규 라이브 앨범으로 인정해 주고 싶지 않다(...)-, 라이브 앨범에 상당히 신경을 많이 쓴다, 는 인상을 주기엔 충분하다.

One of the band's most popular live albums. This album appeared as unofficial and was later integrated into the official dichography. It has the participation of Adrian Smith in one of the anthems of the band Runing Free.

리얼 라이브원,리얼 데드원을 좀더 좋아하지만 그앨범들은 투어하면서 각기 다른 콘서트에서 마음에 드는거 모아놓은것이고 이앨범은 공연 전체를 통째로 녹음한거라 현장감이있음. 개인적으로는 예전의 싼티나는 하얀색 커버를 더 좋아함
