일단 작곡실력이 좋아서 지루한 곡이 없고 묵직한 드럼을 중심으로 아다리가 딱딱 맞아 들어가는 맛이 기가 막힙니다. 평소엔 졸못 찐따인데 알고보니 3대 500치는 숨은 고수 헬창같은 앨범입니다!

It's thick. It's meaty. It's chunky. It's bumpy. It's a good album. Even though I'm not into death metal, this album really impressed me.

폭압적인 에너지로 가득한 데스메탈 작품이다. 볼륨을 많이 키우지 않아도 육중한 저돌성이 스피커를 가득 채운다. 리프메이킹을 비롯해 곡의 짜임새가 상당히 좋은 편이며 흐름을 매끄럽게 풀어가는 솜씨도 인상적이다. 템포 측면에서는 딱히 특출난 것은 없지만 단지 기교만 내세우는 밴드들보다는 훨씬 듣는 맛이 있다.

3집 이후로는 유투브로만 들어봤는데 그 중 티나게 독보적인 스피드인듯(이 앨범만 유독 더 그렇다). 나중에 꼭 구입대상인 앨범이다. 지금은 귀에 익을까봐 듣는거 일부러 피하는 중인 앨범. 아 후반곡 The Great Sleep 가 중간에 좀 느려지다가도 이것도 또 달림ㅎ 거의 전곡이 엄청나게 두들긴다.

What an captivating listen! The album pretty much sucks you in a blizzard of deathly, ghastly sounds and you'll just love it! Immolation once again fails to release a weak record.

전작보다 속도면에서는 조금 줄었지만, 훨씬 더 파괴적이고 육중한 사룬드를 들고왔다. 내 취향에 부합하는 사운드를 들고 컴백해서 매우 만족스럽다. 모든트랙을 추천하고싶다
