미친듯한 엇박이 일품인 밴드 특유의 개성이 두드러지는 앨범이다. 난해한 사운드나 복잡한 구성, 감을 잡을 수 없는 엇박이 가장 현저하게 나타나고 있으며, 어쿠스틱 기타의 사용과 클린보컬의 비중도 나름대로 높은 편이다. Shavenel Take 2는 잔잔한 보컬이 여타의 트랙에서 흘러나오는 그로울링을 전혀 연상시키지 못할 정도로 맑은 음색을 들려준다. 킬링트랙인 Mordecai의 드라마틱한 구성과 리프 진행은 청자의 긴박감을 극도로 끌어올리며, 후반부의 발라드 부분은 절절한 느낌을 들게 하기도 한다. 기본적으로 메탈코어를 들려주지만 그 화려한 테크니션이 무작정 달리는 느낌과는 전혀 다른 분위기를 만들기 때문에 프로그레시브 메탈을 사랑하는 리스너들도 상당히 좋아할 만한 앨범이다. 마지막 곡인 The Need For Repetition은 중반부 곡이 끝나고 몇 분간의 침묵이 있는데, 후반 2분 정도가 남은 상황에서 터지는 기타 애드립과 보컬의 쥐어짜는 절규가 일품이다.

어딘가 엉성하고 살짝 빈 듯한 사운드를 들려주었던 1집에 비해서 이번 2집에서는 상당히 발전된 사운드를 들려준다. 전체적으로 균형잡힌 사운드를 들려주며 특히 4번트랙 Mordecai 에서는 BTBAM 특유의 재치넘치는 곡 전개가 인상적이다. 무서울정도로 광폭하게 달려주다가도 어느샌가 감성적인 멜로디와 클린보컬이 합세하다가 또다시 예측할 수 없는 사운드를 들려주는 BTBAM 만의 독특한 사운드가 완성된 중요한 앨범이다.

난해한 엇박 리프들이 끊임없이 나온다. 정리가 안된 느낌이 약간 있지만, 그만큼 파고들만한 가치가 있는 앨범. 그런데 후기 앨범부터 들어서 그런지 목소리가 적응이 안된다.
