아무래도 둠/데스에서 그리 쉽게 찾아보기 힘든 나라인 일본에서 나왔다는게 약간 흥미롭기도 했으며
이들의 주제인 식인, 시체가 여실히 드러나는 밴드명에 부합하는 음악을 들려줄까?하는 기대감도 있었다.
내용은 확실히 고어와 호러에 대한 탐닉으로 점철 되어 있지만 음악은 둠/데스에 맞게 꽤나 묵직하면서도 단순한 편.
앨범은 크게 전반부와 Garbage라는 앨범에서 굉장히 튀는 트랙, 그리고 그 이후의 후반부로 나뉘어진다.
첫 곡인 Cadaveric Dissection 부터 이들의 주제와 사운드가 명확히 드러난다. 거의 대동소이한 전반부에서는 Imminent Death라는 곡이 그중 매우 인상적인 진행을 보여주고 있다.
분기점인 Garbage를 지나 이윽고 펼쳐지는 Dead Body Art - Eternally Forgotten - Consumed in Darkness 의 세 곡은 이들이 이야기하고자 하는 것에 대한 표현이 완성되어지는 트랙으로서 특히 Consumed in Darkness 의 후반부의 시체 썩는 영롱함은 Garbage이전의 전반부에서 단연 뛰어난 트랙인 Imminent Death 와 더불어 이 앨범의 백미라 꼽을만 하다.
이들의 앨범을 들으며 떠오른게 wild rags의 후반기(94~97년)에 나온 여러 둠/데스메탈 밴드들의 사운드이다. 그런 B급 사운드가 가지고 있는 단순하면서도 기괴하고 퍼지한 느낌을 다시 느낄 수 있었다.

어느 밀실에 처참하게 죽은 시체들을 천천히 관찰하며 음미하고, 탐닉하는 더러운 사운드. Sinking into the Unknown의 리프는 그 기괴하고 불쾌한 느낌을 여실히 표현했다.
